I'm a 20-year-old college student and gymnast. On paper, I stay busy. Classes, studying, training, practice, and everything else life throws in between. But for a long time, busy wasn't the same as productive. I was moving through my days without really showing up for any of them.
I've been a gymnast for 16 years. When I got to college, I started skipping practice to study, then pushing off studying, then missing workouts because I felt behind on everything. It became a cycle — and slowly, I was falling further away from the results I actually wanted. Academically, physically, personally.
